All orders are shipped from our Los Gatos, CA Design studio, via UPS. Please keep in mind that each piece is handcrafted for you, so you need to allow at least 7-10 business days for production and delivery. Rushes (produced in 3 business days) are available and accompany a $20 rush fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. CocktailBling.com cannot be responsible for return merchandise prior to our receipt. We therefore suggest that you insure all parcels.
We offer a 10% discount for more than 3 of the same items purchased at one time. Please sign up for our VIP newsletter so we can inform you of monthly sales and discounts. Discounts may not be combined. Discount codes may not be used with Haute Bride sample sale purchases.
We stand behind the quality of our designs and because of that, everything you see on our website is made to order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept exchange of unused, undamaged merchandise for EXCHANGE ONLY within 7 days of receipt, provided the merchandise is accompanied by your original receipt, and all original tags remain affixed to the merchandise. All sale merchandise is Final Sale (includes Sample Sale event held online by Haute Bride). We do not credit shipping fees if any were acquired. All returns of merchandise purchased on this Cocktailbling.com requires prior authorization. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorization. Once you receive a Return Authorization, you may send the returned merchandise with the original receipt to:

We will repair damaged merchandise. If you have a repair, please email our customer service dept at email@example.com to obtain a return authorization. Our jewelry is guaranteed a lifetime warranty.

How is sales tax calculated for my order?
You will be charged a sales tax based on your shipping address.
How will I know that my order was accepted?
You will receive a confirmation that your order has been processed. We will ship your order when all data, including credit card information, has been approved. In order to process your order, the cardholder's name must match the name of the billing address, and the billing address must match that of the purchasing card.

Is my credit card information secure?
I’d love to buy a gift for my friend. Can you send the gift directly to her with a gift receipt?
Yes, you can ship an order to an address that differs from your billing address. If the order is a gift, please select that at checkout, and we will make sure the order is shipped with a gift receipt, which will not show the prices. We will email the full receipt directly to you.
Can the length of a necklace be altered?
Yes, we can alter the length. If you would like an item altered, please email us at email@example.com and there may be an additional charge for any extra materials used.
